Stirling Developments are heading up an exemplary development of a new settlement on a rolling site running down to the banks of the River Almond, near East Calder, close to the eastern boundary of Edinburgh. The scheme sets new standards for sustainability and quality, particularly in its landscaping and street design.

Hamilton-Baillie Associates established the core principles for integrating traffic and cars into the new development.  The first phase of around 150 houses is now completed and occupied.
